Supply of Bundles should usually be direct from the Head Office. Professional Configured systems will normally require discussion with support staff to ensure your selection is appropriate:-

Please describe your problem, and if possible describe a simple means of re-producing it (e.g. based on the XMPL files).
Please do not attach large files unless we ask for them, and if you do please provide SQUASHed (a Vutrax utility) or PKZIP compressed files (not self extracting archives as these can become virus infected).

You should also be sure to tell us the Issue that you are running, and if possible the actual version number of any program that is giving you trouble.

Unregistered and evaluation users should request help in the same way but they will be processed at lower priority.
