Vutrax 13.4b development update including DRAFT 39.08a (30 Aug 2011)

The updated DRAFT fixes a rare problem with generation of footprint libraries that include Degree Turned Round points. Also includes an update to the WIRE help file correcting detailed documentation of this feature.
Recommended only if you see the problem - there is a simple workaround in the Status log for a one-off instance.

• Right Click and [Save .. As] naming the file vtx13_4b_draft_39_08a.t01.

  To install it select Install from File > Setup > Configuration and select the downloaded file (Typing *.t01 is easiest). Allow the install to finish.
  If the update succeeds it should appear in About from Help as well as the program banners.
